On the drawing board since 1985, this Neighborhood Shopping Center has been planned for some time. The other projects surrounding the Center have been completed by Sheffield Development, Inc., including “The Boulders” custom home community, Boulder Springs Villas Private Gated Community, and The Summit Athletic Club, the nicest private health facility in the area. Now that the River issues have been fully studied and resolved, the commercial center is ready to build.
